Position Summary
The Bal Harbour Shops (BHS) Access Marketing Manager will work alongside the Head of Omnichannel Retail & Consumers and the Director of Brand Media & Content managing all marketing efforts that promote the Bal Harbour Shops Access program and Bal Harbour Shops Access Pop-up destination.
This individual will spearhead and manage marketing, communication, and design strategies and efforts activating Bal Harbour Shops Access program and Bal Harbour Shops Access Pop-up initiatives which include but are not limited to include social & digital media content creation and management, event promotion and communications, managing and servicing paid and in-kind media and advertising opportunities. Assists in logistics and coordination for all promotional efforts and activations surrounding Bal Harbour Shops Access program and Bal Harbour Shops Access Pop-up.
Responsibilities
- Manage and facilitate marketing initiatives and communication for Bal Harbour Shops Access program and Bal Harbour Shops Access Pop-up
- Participate in marketing & advertising creative ideation and logistics including:
- Create communication plans and promotional plans specific to BHS Access Membership program and the Bal Harbour Shops Access program
- Liaison with local media outlets in BHS Access markets to build a comprehensive media plan to promote the arrival and overall Pop-up event
- Creation of timelines for marketing efforts including but not limited to social media plans, external media & advertising plans, internal newsletter plans
- Create event invites and/or promotional creatives by way of internal systems freelance team
- Administer and manage field marketing assets, OOH, and promotional wayfinding creatives of BHS Access Pop-up and BHS Access on-property specific activations
- Maintain and update all image, video and visual assets to use for PR communications as well as other internal and external communications
- Oversee, manage, and facilitate all BHS Pop-up website updates including but not limited to brand updates, Pop-up detail updates, Events Calendar, Social Scene, Menu updates, etc.
- Administer and manage the BHS Access, BHS Pop-up, and BHS Post Pop-up newsletter calendar
- Administer and manage the planning and executing of BHS Access, BHS Pop-up, and BHS Post Pop-up newsletter calendar including copy, imagery, format, review, quality checks on links, format, copy, etc.
- Work with BHS Marketing Manager and Pop-up teams on digital reporting surrounding event initiatives
- Manage and facilitate along with graphic design and digital teams all invite blast needs throughout the Pop-up period including invite creation, landing page development, subject lines, and send schedules.
- Manage and review internal and external digital reports to understand success of digital promotion and campaigns
- Manage and maintain the schedule and posting for Bal Harbour Shops Access Pop-up social media channels
- Manage and work alongside social media content shooter to create engaging and on-brand content for posting
- Ability to shoot and edit content including but not limited to photography, video reels outside of freelance content shooter
- Administer and manage content shoots including styling and mood board planning of aligned content inspiration
- Manage and work alongside social media copy writer for all captioning of posts.
- Manage reservation details for media and influencers directly with Bal Harbour Shops Access Pop-up restaurant
- Manage logistics for Pop-up media visits and Access VIC gifting along with the Access Suite and Pop-up teams
- Assist in creating brand strategies and promotional events
- Research relevant marketing strategies and trends
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, communication, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels and initiatives
- Strong knowledge in social media content creation along with photo and video skills including editing
- Strong knowledge in digital marketing including social media, email communication, website, and digital advertising
- Graphic design and proficient in Canva and/or Adobe suite
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Knowledge in fashion and luxury industry a plus
- Solid organizational skills

Physical Requirements
Primarily sedentary role which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and carry materials and supplies weighing twenty-five (25) pounds or less.
