Title: Beauty Product Manager, Travel Retail Americas
Location: Miami, FL
Hybrid Schedule: 2 remote workdays per week.
MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE:
The Travel Retail Americas Marketing team ensures the success of Dior’s Fragrances and beauty Categories in the Americas (North America, Central America, and South America) for the business revolving around airports, cruise ships, and downtown duty-free stores.
The Beauty Product Manager will be responsible for managing the Make-up and Skincare categories, and part of the Brand Animation offers: Summers and Holiday make-up looks and offers. As well as digital activations (e-retail and digital media campaigns), reporting to the Category Manager and in collaboration with all support teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the make-up and skincare categories and Key Commercial Period offers (Summer look and Holiday offers) and Travel Exclusive offers by defining potentials for any novelty with the Category Manager, recommending product assortment (discontinuation and coding per region), the Beauty marketing plan, the instore communication plan, and the 360 tools & VM material needed for each Beauty launch in collaboration with the forecasting team and the operational Marketing team.
- Work closely with HQ and the regional operational teams to ensure an impactful, differentiating, relevant, and consistent 360 around beauty launches to maximize the potential in TR Americas
- Guide and support the Visual Merchandising team and Forecast team to get a clear understanding on the material available to ensure a 360 successful forecast launch
- In charge of the update of the beauty marketing tools (Assortment Coding, Tester/POSM bibles, In&Out file, LineUp & Coding analysis)
- Build and compile launch reports and beauty performance presentations by working in collaboration with Commercial, Finance, Retail & Marketing teams
- Monitor top franchises monthly and the full portfolio quarterly
- Responsible for sending the bi-monthly Newsletter to the TR Americas team, gathering content from all departments and ensuring all urgent topics are addressed.
- Monitor market Travel Retail and Local Market performance: analyze market dynamics and trends to support the brand strategy development (market dynamics, sub-segment breakdowns, top 10 products, the latest trends and emerging brand/products, NPD US local markets for Dior and competitive information, new products launches and social media trends.
- Responsible for the execution of few digital activations done in the year so support specific trade major event or priority 1 launches in key doors.
- Present beauty priorities, brand performances, and upcoming launches to various audiences and participate in the presentation preparation and meeting set-up
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
PRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Master’s degree in marketing preferred
- First previous in-house Marketing experience required (2+years of Marketing experience in the beauty industry, specifically on being a Americas local affiliate market working with product development teams abroad.)
- Prestige Make-up Marketing experience preferred and highly interested in American make-up trends.
- Strong analytical skills and experience, oral and written presentation skills, excellent computer skills including excel and PowerPoint; NPD analytical skills preferred.
- Exhibit a keen ability to be proactive as well as handle last minute changes

- Autonomous, adaptable, rigorous
- English required. French and/or Spanish highly appreciated.
