About the RoleWe are seeking a Marketing & Communications Associate who is a fast learner, creative problem solver, empathetic team player, and has a strong ability to execute with excellence. This person will play a key role in managing Endeavor Miami’s marketing, social media, and communications strategy, ensuring our brand and initiatives are well-positioned in Miami’s thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Social Media Management- Ideate, develop, and execute social media campaigns for Endeavor Miami’s accounts and affiliate accounts.
- Actively engage with community partners on social media to strengthen brand presence and relationships.
- Develop the strategy and produce engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Develop creative assets for events, marketing campaigns, and initiatives.
- Write captions and adjust tone based on the platform and stakeholder
- Run Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok ads based on different demographics and KPIs
- Manage Google Ads Grant for Non-Profits
Email & Newsletter Marketing- Draft and distribute monthly newsletters featuring Endeavor Miami news, Entrepreneur news, program updates, and key events in Miami’s tech and entrepreneurial community.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize email marketing strategies.
Website & UI/UX Support- Maintain Endeavor Miami’s website and create visually compelling landing pages.
- Provide UI/UX input to enhance the website’s design and user experience.
- Update the Endeavor and community events calendar
Podcast Production & Content Creation- Lead and produce the Endeavor Miami podcast:
- Select and invite guests
- Set up audiovisual equipment (microphones & camera)
- Define themes and provide creative guidance for episodes
- Oversee editing and content repurposing for social media distribution.
Event Planning & Execution- Support event communications and necessary materials for promotion (digital and printing)
- Support event planning, ticket logistics, and post-event reporting
- Lead the event platform for invitations and registrations
- Support the execution of the events by setting up and organizing marketing materials
- Be familiar with capturing videos and photos at events, selecting and editing content for social media, and sharing with attendees.
Marketing & PR Support- Assist with marketing and PR initiatives to promote Endeavor Miami’s mission and impact.
- Develop presentations, reports, and creative assets to support the internal team.
- Identify and secure speaking opportunities for Endeavor staff at key industry events and conferences.
Familiarity with- Canva, Figma, Adobe
- Notion, Salesforce, Business Manager, G Suite
- Metricool, Lu.ma, Google Analytics
- WordPress is a plus
Preferred Background & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related field.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills for digital and social media platforms.
- Basic photo and video editing skills for event content and social media.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
