About the Role:
As a Data Analyst, you will:
- Design, configure, and deploy carrier file feeds that meet compliance and business requirements.
- Perform data mapping and transformation for accurate benefit file formatting.
- Leverage Dayforce HCM Integration Studio for seamless data extraction.
- Collaborate with Solutions & Implementation Architects to optimize data flow.
- Monitor file transmissions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS/HCM integrations, benefits administration, or data file feeds.
- Knowledge of carrier file formats (ANSI 834, LIMRA LDEx, XML, CSV, API-based transmissions).
- Strong SQL & ETL and Excel skills for data extraction and transformation.
- Experience with Dayforce HCM Integration Studio (or similar platforms like Workday, SAP, Oracle, UKG, ADP).
- Familiarity with Programming languages (Python/C#/C++/Java/R) to work with datasets
- Experience working with third-party vendors, insurance carriers, or financial institutions.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.).
- Ability to document and present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in HR/Benefits technology and eagerness to learn industry-specific concepts.
