Job Summary
Internship Summary:
- Support Digital Excellence project & program management
- Participate and document project requirements and deadlines
- Assist in coordination of monthly Digital Work & Learn Day seminars
- Work with communication experts to support projects, including website updates, monthly newsletter, and media articles
- Conducts analysis on Digital culture and engagement data sets to identify key themes, metrics, learnings, and recommendations
- Take notes and minutes during meetings
- Shadow multiple positions within team and train in a variety of tasks
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications

- High degree of initiative and enthusiasm for learning new technology concepts and working with new tools and sources of information.
- Strong PC / Microsoft application skills including Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Comfortable with data and analysis
Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Enrolled in College Courses

Schedule Requirements
- This internship will be June 2nd - August 8th 2025.
- M-F Hybrid role includes onsite at MGB local sites and Assembly Row.
- Remote Working days require stable, quiet, secure working area that is HIPAA compliant
- Onsite events are planned ahead, working days onsite weekly vary for department needs, must be flexible.
