Job Summary

Internship Summary:

  • Support Digital Excellence project & program management
  • Participate and document project requirements and deadlines
  • Assist in coordination of monthly Digital Work & Learn Day seminars
  • Work with communication experts to support projects, including website updates, monthly newsletter, and media articles
  • Conducts analysis on Digital culture and engagement data sets to identify key themes, metrics, learnings, and recommendations
  • Take notes and minutes during meetings
  • Shadow multiple positions within team and train in a variety of tasks
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Role/Responsibilities

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High degree of initiative and enthusiasm for learning new technology concepts and working with new tools and sources of information.
  • Strong PC / Microsoft application skills including Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable with data and analysis

Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Enrolled in College Courses

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Excellent management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to take and follow direction.
  • Willingness to learn.

Schedule Requirements

  • This internship will be June 2nd - August 8th 2025.
  • M-F Hybrid role includes onsite at MGB local sites and Assembly Row.
  • Remote Working days require stable, quiet, secure working area that is HIPAA compliant
  • Onsite events are planned ahead, working days onsite weekly vary for department needs, must be flexible.
