About the Role:

As a Data Analyst, you will:

• Design, configure, and deploy carrier file feeds that meet compliance and business requirements.
• Perform data mapping and transformation for accurate benefit file formatting.
• Leverage Dayforce HCM Integration Studio for seamless data extraction.
• Collaborate with Solutions & Implementation Architects to optimize data flow.
• Monitor file transmissions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HRIS/HCM integrations, benefits administration, or data file feeds.
• Knowledge of carrier file formats (ANSI 834, LIMRA LDEx, XML, CSV, API-based transmissions).
• Strong SQL & ETL and Excel skills for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience with Dayforce HCM Integration Studio (or similar platforms like Workday, SAP, Oracle, UKG, ADP).
• Familiarity with Programming languages (Python/C#/C++/Java/R) to work with datasets
• Experience working with third-party vendors, insurance carriers, or financial institutions.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.).
• Ability to document and present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in HR/Benefits technology and eagerness to learn industry-specific concepts.
