Job Description
The Evergreen Center is seeking Overnight Awake Staff responsible forthe health, safetyand comfort of individuals supported by the Adult Supports Division.
Responsibilities:
Implement personal care needs for the individuals.
Complete head checks at specified intervals.
Collect overnight behavioral, medical, or instructional data.
Report any health and safety issues or any behavioral observations.
Safely transport individuals to scheduled recreational activities within the community. Ensure their comfort and well-being during transit, maintaining a supportive and respectful atmosphere.
$2,000 Sign On Bonus
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
MAP (Medication Administration) certification must be obtained within the first three months of employment
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
