Role Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Creative Director with content creation, copy editing, and social strategy in both English and Spanish.
- Support implementation of social and communications efforts.
- Participate in brainstorm sessions and team meetings.
- Direct responsibilities of the role will vary based on the priorities of the team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both English (and Spanish a plus).
- Experience with social media platforms and management.
- Experience in video editing.
- Experience with project management and project management software.
- Computer proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Ability to juggle multiple ongoing projects at once.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Your creative and strategy decisions are refined and informed by data.
- You take accountability and are willing to make tough decisions.
- You are a self starter.
