Job Title: Social Media Specialist – Webinar Growth & Partnership Outreach

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist with a passion for driving business growth through partnerships and social media engagement. This dual-role position focuses on expanding our brand presence through strategic partnerships, while also managing and distributing social media content across multiple platforms. The ultimate goal is to increase traffic to our webinars and convert that traffic into revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership & Business Development:
- Identify and establish partnerships with websites, blogs, podcasts, newsletters, and influencers in the prop trading and finance space.
- Build relationships with owners of relevant social media groups and communities, creating paid opportunities to promote Mojo Day Trading’s webinars.
- Collaborate with industry influencers and media channels to generate quality leads and boost webinar attendance.
- Establish partnerships with newsletter owners for targeted email campaigns promoting our services.
Social Media Management & Content Distribution:
- Manage and control content across all Mojo Day Trading social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Repurpose daily content created by the owner (videos, webinars, educational material) into short-form and long-form video content optimized for different platforms.
- Create engaging posts, stories, and campaigns that increase brand visibility, generate traffic, and drive revenue.
- Incorporate links to Mojo services in all content, ensuring every post has a clear call-to-action that directs audiences to revenue-generating services (webinars, courses, etc.).
- Continuously analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
- Experience running and scheduling email campaigns for delivery of a daily newsletter to subscribers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, particularly in growing online businesses through partnerships and influencer marketing.
- Strong expertise in social media management, with the ability to create, repurpose, and distribute content across multiple platforms.
- Experience with video editing and content creation is a must.
- Familiarity with prop trading, day trading, or the finance industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to build partnerships with key players in the trading industry, including influencers, podcasts, and media outlets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
