Dr. Harding is seeking a professional marketing expert that wants to join her team of high performers. In order to be the ideal candidate, you must have a drive and level of professionalism that matches the coaches and operations coordinator already working in the business. The ideal candidate is an advocate for this consulting industry, understands entrepreneurship, and understands marketing strategy that will move the needle. Most importantly, the person that fills this role needs to be a strategic thinker that can create a vision for growing the brand and securing corporate relationships. Executing and implementing the vision is equally important, but ideation is ongoing in this role.
You are perfect for this role if you are proactive and can anticipate needs before they arise. You can create content and cultivate relationships on LinkedIn that result in sales. The content you create will perfectly capture Dr. Harding’s voice in a way that makes marketing the service easy. You can create stunning images and repurpose content across several mediums.
You should bring a foundation in corporate sales and marketing that provides you with confidence to bring new ideas to the table while managing projects and brand strategy with precision. Having experience working with professional coaches or consultants is highly desired, as well proven corporate experience. The majority of your work will be remote; however, occasional travel is required.

Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)
- Strategic Marketing
- Provide creative ideas and a visionary approach to marketing initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results and drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies
- Social Media Management
- Create and gain testimonials specific to the program and ensure that they are shared and distributed.
- Develop a content strategy tailored to LinkedIn's professional audience.
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content, including articles, writing posts, and visuals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track the success of your content and campaigns.
- Engage with comments, messages, and inquiries from your audience in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up to date on LinkedIn trends, features, and best practices to continuously improve your strategy.
- Creating Corporate Relationships
- Develop innovative strategies to build corporate relationships and target high-ticket clients
- Build and nurture relationships with followers, connections, and industry influencers.
- Create and consistently grow a list of strong, appropriate, vetted leads.
- Develop an outreach strategy and process to systematize lead flow.
- Identify key partners and opportunities within Dr. Harding’s network and create introduction meetings.
- Follow up with leads in a timely and ongoing manner.
- Content and Training Materials
- Repurpose content across multiple channels.
- Ability to update funnels in Kajabi.
- Familiarity with creating graphics using programs like Canva.
- Ability to upload videos to the site.
- Manage ongoing communication to clients and create LinkedIn newsletter.
- Create materials for events (such as workbooks) and oversee production execution.
- Event Coordination
- Create event timelines and budgets
- Secure event venues and vendors
- Manage event logistics and schedules
- Oversee event setup and breakdown
- Network with attendees during event
- Handle any unforeseen issues or emergencies during the event
- Travel and attend events with Dr. Harding as needed to support her where/when needed, approximately 3-4 times per year
Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role)
This position is for a person who is:
- 5 years + experience in corporate sales and marketing
- College degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or equivalent
- Experience working with a coach or consultant is a plus
- Available to travel a few times per year as needed (once per quarter)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Offer Details
This is a remote, part-time, contractor position requiring 15-20 hours per week.
Pay starts at $40-$50/hour (based on experience). Discretionary bonuses provided based on sales and performance.

Her expertise includes executive performance coaching, strategy execution, individual and organizational assessments, training and facilitation, and strategic planning. Dr. Harding has over 20 years of combined experience as a business executive and mental health professional. In addition, she is a noted speaker and trainer. Her training is high impact, high energy and results driven.
Dr. Harding has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and attended a Master’s in Counseling Psychology (MFT) program. Her Psychology Doctorate is in Organizational Management and Consulting.
