• Create content that entices clicks and drives traffic; no boring static images; we want movement, curiosity, and creativity.
• Identify viral trends and determine how to adapt them to our true crime and lifestyle verticals.
• Ideate and pitch new content formats for reels, shorts, carousels, and stories.

• Merch drops
• Short form cover photos
• Ensure all visuals are not only branded but scroll-stopping and engaging.
4. Behind-the-Scenes Content Capture
• Be present (physically) during filming days, guest episodes, or day-to-day office operations to capture behind-the-scenes content for stories.
• Turn BTS content into shareable short-form video content for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
5. Analytics, Planning & Goal-Setting
• Track and report on key performance metrics (engagement, traffic, click-throughs, etc.).
• Set measurable growth and engagement goals, and optimize content strategy based on performance.
• Constantly test, evaluate, and adapt content based on insights.
• Present monthly social reports and content calendar drafts to the team.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience managing social media for a brand, podcast, or content creator.
• Canva Pro expert with a strong portfolio of graphic content.
• Highly proficient in CapCut or similar video editing software.
• Experience creating and executing social media strategies with real, measurable results.
• In-depth knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok algorithms and best practices.
• A creative eye and high attention to detail when it comes to branding and design.
• Obsessed with trends and knows how to creatively adapt them.
• Organized, a planner by nature, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus if you have experience or interest in the true crime space or storytelling brands.
To Apply:
In order to be considered, you must submit your resume, along with 2-3 samples of social graphics you’ve designed, and links to any accounts you’ve previously managed. If you’ve worked on short-form video content (Reels/TikToks), include those too!
