JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator

DEPARTMENT: Western/Eastern District Sales

REPORTS TO: District Manager

Chroma Systems Solutions, Inc. is a leading designer and manufacturer of power testing instruments and systems including programmable AC Power Source and DC Power Supplies, AC loads and DC Electronic Loads, Digital Power Meters and Automated Testing Systems for applications in LED Lighting, Led Drivers, Aerospace, Defense, Military, Automotive, Medical, Battery, Solar, Marine, and Regulatory Testing.

The Sales Administrator will be tasked with supporting the sales objectives of the department and providing administrative-level support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Clean/process/submit purchase orders for net terms, shipping information
Input leads, contacts, and details into our Sage CRM database
Clean up duplications in the CRM database
Schedule tasks/activities for sales team
Assist Sales Manager and team
Travel and Hotel arrangements for Sales Team
Other general office duties as assigned
Log monthly Regional Sales Manager trip reports and ATE opportunities
Track shipping of orders for customers
Order and manage brochures & spec sheets & application notes
Create email content and templates to support tradeshow and newsletter promotions

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years office/clerical experience preferred
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet and basic computer skills
Strong written communications skills
Must be able to speak and communicate verbally with co-workers, customers, vendors, etc.
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Able to follow directions, manage multiple tasks, and respond to urgent requests in a positive manner
Prior Sale experience a plus
Sage CRM experience a plus

Supervisory Responsibilities

This is a non-supervisory position

Physical Demands

General office skills and dexterity are required. Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
