We are Team Todd—a luxury real estate team working in Coastal Orange County and beyond. Our team has been fortunate enough to experience a lot of growth over the last several years. With an influx of new listings and sales, we are in need of some marketing support! This person should be able to not just help with designing and deploying assets, but also be part of developing the marketing strategy for (1) increasing brand awareness, (2) lead generation, and also (3) promoting our listings.
CREATIVE DESIGNER
We are searching for someone that is now just an "asset builder," but someone with a creative aptitude. We want our assets across print, digital, and social to be exciting, engaging, tell a story, and push boundaries. Keven Stirdivant at KASE does a really great job of this.
MARKETING STRATEGY
In partnership with our team, we will ideate new and exciting marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and/or promote our listings. We don't want someone who simply waits to be told what to do, but rather come to us with ideas. They should act and feel empowered as an extension of our team.

Payment is negotiable, but we would prefer to have someone be on retainer. Hours will likely be about 20-30 / month.
