About the Role:
Raincheck Fund is a systematic trading strategy for TQQQ, designed to maximize 3x returns and reduce drawdowns. We’re looking for a data-driven Growth Marketer to help scale our financial newsletter and trading community focused on TQQQ and market sentiment analysis. This role is ideal for someone who understands the stock market, is fluent in modern growth strategies, and thrives on optimizing marketing efforts for engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management – Grow and engage our audience on BlueSky, LinkedIn, Reddit, Stocktwits (and/or wherever you see fit!) through strategic content, interaction, and community-building.
- Subscriber Acquisition – Develop and execute paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, etc.), referral programs, and organic growth tactics.
- Email Marketing – Design and optimize automated welcome sequences, drip campaigns, and conversion-focused email strategies.
- SEO & Content Strategy – Optimize content for search engines and social media discoverability, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
- Analytics & Experimentation – Track performance metrics, run A/B tests, and iterate on marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- Understanding of the stock market - particularly leveraged ETFs (TQQQ & SQQQ), risk management, and trading psychology.
- Hands-on experience with growth marketing strategies, paid acquisition, and social media growth.
- Proficiency in modern marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO platforms, email automation tools).
- Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and A/B testing.
- Bonus: Technical fluency in modern web tools, with basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
