About The Role

As a Packaging & Quality Assistant, you will have the unique opportunity to apply your experience hands-on in both the packaging engineering and quality assurance sector for Beauty/Skin Care, working closely with the team and cross-functional partners on impactful day-to-day responsibilities. You’ll be reporting to the Packaging Engineer Manager. You’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in all packaging development, testing, and systems, contributing to our team's success while developing your skills in the vast packaging part of the industry. Additionally, you will also be helping the quality department to learn about quality assurance, quality control processes, and how to ensure products meet quality standards This role is perfect for motivated individuals seeking to explore their passion for projects within product packaging, develop new competencies, and lay the groundwork for a successful career journey.

Responsibilities Include

• Support Packaging Engineer with a variety of day-to-day responsibilities including documentation, testing, artwork approvals.
• Support Quality needs and requirements, which includes product retains and organization 
• Ensure quality documentation is stored correctly in the QMS
• Support Technical Services needs and requirements, which includes lab experiments and stability
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergrad (entering Junior or Senior year) in a related area of study or within 1 year post-graduation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with or experience in supply chain and production.

• Compensation: $17.50 an hour. This temporary Assistant role will be full-time (40 hours/week) and run from June 9th – August 1st.
