Title: Analyst/Administrator

Schedule: Hybrid 2-3days/week
A leading firm in the international trade and customs law sector is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their growing team as Analyst/Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for proactive individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting. You will play a crucial role in providing essential administrative and analytical support to the firm's legal professionals, directly contributing to the organization’s ability to effectively serve clients and expand its capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management and Analysis: Extract, organize, and analyze data from various sources; create and maintain spreadsheets to present data clearly for attorneys; transition and manage data from Excel to Power BI; and utilize firm systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Technology and Automation: Learn and implement new technologies to automate office tasks; utilize and support the firm's cloud-based practice management system; and provide basic technical support to team members, including general technology assistance.
- Administrative Support: Offer comprehensive administrative support to a team of lawyers, including efficient information management, task ownership, and the ability to learn quickly and independently.
- Client Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients and exercise sound judgment in managing client expectations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or analytical role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with various software.
- Experience with Power BI and/or Salesforce.
- Experience with data entry, manipulation, and presentation.
- Aptitude for learning new technologies and systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a law firm or other professional services environment.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and processes.
- Practical customs and trade experience
