- Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of events
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, and internal team communications
- Maintain detailed event timelines and checklists
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure seamless operations
- Communicate with clients and attendees to ensure satisfaction
- Track inventory and assist with event-related materials
- Support post-event reporting and feedback collection
