We are seeking a skilled and motivated Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in internal and external communications, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for maintaining effective communication across departments. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our company’s goals.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications, newsletters, announcements, and official statements
  • Coordinate and manage communication between departments to ensure smooth project execution
  • Support the development of presentations, reports, and other company materials
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement communication strategies and campaigns
  • Organize and maintain company documents and messaging archives
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all internal and external content
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company meetings, press briefings, and events
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate communication flow

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard communication tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
