We employ nearly 1000 associates throughout North America. Our Eden Prairie, MN headquarters is the hub of our support infrastructure. Our manufacturing facilities are in MN, IA, WI, IN, OR and Canada.

Who You'll Be Working With.
You'll collaborate closely with our Sustainability and Crop Science teams. Led by the Sustainability Manager, these teams are dedicated to advancing sustainable practices across our operations and supply chain. You'll also work with cross-functional experts focused on environmental goals, emissions management, and regenerative agriculture initiatives. This supportive, mission-driven team values innovation, data-driven insights, and a passion for building a sustainable future together.
Who You Are.
You are a passionate and driven individual with a strong background in environmental science, agronomy, or a related field. You have a keen interest in sustainable agriculture and a solid understanding of soil health, carbon accounting, and climate regulations. You're skilled in data analysis and visualization, using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel to communicate complex information clearly. With strong research and writing abilities, you excel at working independently and managing multiple projects. Above all, you are motivated to make a meaningful impact in sustainability and regenerative agriculture.
- Collaborate with the Sustainability and Crop Science teams to design and implement regenerative agriculture projects.
- Research and develop content for the quarterly Resilient Agriculture Newsletter.
- Work with the sustainability team to calculate and analyze company-wide emissions, including Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions.
- Support the development and tracking of environmental goals and metrics, contributing to our governance efforts.
- Assist in creating a climate transition plan to help the company reduce its environmental footprint and comply with global climate regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, agronomy, or related field (graduate students preferred).
- Knowledge of regenerative agriculture and carbon accounting (Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions).
- Experience with data management and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Excel).
- Strong writing, research, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Part Time / Fellowship
Feb- May 2025 8-10 hours/week
Jun- Aug 2025 30-40 hours/week
Sept 2025 8- 10 hours/week
Wage Range: $21-25/hour
