Konik is partnered with a mechanical contractor who is adding a Senior Project Manager to their team.
Senior Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial project's progress and schedule; resolve any needed changes
- Prepare estimates for new projects
- Manage labor costs, scheduling, and apply technical knowledge to projects
- Ensure correct material, equipment, and subcontractors are coordinated
Senior Mechanical Project Manager Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience managing and estimating plumbing, piping and/or sheet metal projects
- Experience in managing multi million projects
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management; equivalent experience will be considered
