Principle Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage marketing efforts including radio shows, TV shows, webinars, and in-person presentations/events.
- Organize, process, and report incoming leads data.
- Able to maintain an active database for advertising investment, establish Key Performance Indicators, determine client acquisition cost, lead acquisition cost, client conversion ratio by source, and other related data.
- Update and manage company blog posts, newsletter and social media.
- Facilitate company emails for company updates, upcoming events, or any other pertinent emails using our mailing list platform.
- Define missed opportunities & implement ways to increase touchpoints.
- Prepare marketing collateral and presentation material for clients and prospects.
- Build out and maintain the yearly marketing calendar
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- Position requires experience in an administrative, marketing, or operational role; strong communication, writing and sense of professionalism.
- Strong familiarity with data organization and reporting.
- Ability to prioritize daily activities, move swiftly in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently both verbally and in writing.
- Confident with relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
