Principle Duties & Responsibilities

Manage marketing efforts including radio shows, TV shows, webinars, and in-person presentations/events.
Organize, process, and report incoming leads data.
Able to maintain an active database for advertising investment, establish Key Performance Indicators, determine client acquisition cost, lead acquisition cost, client conversion ratio by source, and other related data.
Update and manage company blog posts, newsletter and social media.
Facilitate company emails for company updates, upcoming events, or any other pertinent emails using our mailing list platform.
Define missed opportunities & implement ways to increase touchpoints.
Prepare marketing collateral and presentation material for clients and prospects.
Build out and maintain the yearly marketing calendar

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
Position requires experience in an administrative, marketing, or operational role; strong communication, writing and sense of professionalism.
Strong familiarity with data organization and reporting.
Ability to prioritize daily activities, move swiftly in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Communicate effectively and efficiently both verbally and in writing.
Confident with relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
