Job Highlights
- 100% Remote. EST required.
- 18 months+ contract
- 3-5+ years of experience working at a global Tech and/or SaaS space in Ambassador Programs/Community Manager roles where you managed, built, and scaled communities through events.
- Event strategizing experience (strategic vision development around events)
- Note: Community Events will remain primarily user-driven with Community Leaders hosting them. While you’ll be involved in some event planning, the primary focus of your role will be to serve as the owner of our Community Events program. Your main priorities will be to build and execute on strategy that enhances their Events program quality, expand their offerings, to serve as the business owner for platform improvements and contribute to organizational goals.
Compensation
- $43.33 - $55.33 /hour Pay Rate
Responsibilities
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a community manager
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
