Looking for a dynamic self-starter to join our rapidly growing team as our Receptionist/Office Assistant. This position provides essential support to our team of Financial Advisors. The responsibilities of the Receptionist/Office Assistant include but are not limited to:
Answering phones/emails
Directing calls to the appropriate destination (voicemail or advisor)
Assist with Client Paperwork
Drafting, sending, and seeing through the completion of client paperwork
Following up with custodians during processing. Making any corrections, gathering additional information to complete document processing
Starting workflows related to client service needs, and completing steps/tasks within the workflows.
CRM Management
Maintaining the updates of personal client contact information
Keeping information organized
Entering/uploading client meeting notes
Assist with client mailings (Quarterly Newsletter, Important Notices, Holiday & Birthday cards, etc.)
Assist with planning client appreciation events
Requirements:
Minimum of three years of prior office experience. Must be able to work independently, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be detail oriented.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
