About the Role
Dr. Kimberly Idoko, neurologist, attorney, and special parent coach, is seeking a Virtual Office Assistant to support her brand and affiliated programs. This role is ideal for an intelligent, technologically savvy, detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and writing skills. The assistant will play a critical role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and ensuring outstanding service to Dr. Idoko’s clients.
Key Responsibilities
The Virtual Office Assistant will perform a variety of administrative, client-facing, and technical tasks, including:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
- Guide clients through processes, answer questions, and address concerns with empathy and precision.
- Attend virtual clinical sessions to take detailed and accurate notes for Dr. Idoko’s records.
- Edit video content for Dr. Idoko’s platforms, including YouTube, social media, and educational materials.
- Ensure high-quality production aligned with Dr. Idoko’s brand identity.
- Maintain and update email lists.
- Assist with newsletter distribution to subscribers.
- Provide personalized support to Dr. Idoko’s clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as required.

Compensation and Benefits
Hourly rate, $20-26, commensurate with experience.
