Job Summary

The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department and leadership team in executing key marketing tasks. This role will include administrative duties, assisting with client story creation, event planning, social media filming, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Support: Help film content for platforms and collaborate with the Social Media Specialist.
• Event Planning: Support logistics and preparation for marketing events.
• Newsletter Management: Maintain and update email newsletters, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Reporting: Compile reports on marketing performance and project progress.
• Client Stories: Assist with planning and filming client success stories, ensuring timely delivery.
• Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, and manage marketing assets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Entry-level experience or internship in marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
