JOB DESCRIPTION:
We're seeking a dynamic Marketing & Events Coordinator to spearhead our sales and marketing events, outreach initiatives, and campaign management efforts. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning and executing engaging events, developing targeted outreach strategies, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and support sales objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for planning, organizing, and attending resident and broker events.
· Spearhead broker outreach, preferred employer, and other leasing and sales-related relations.
- Work to minimize event expenses through economies of scale and strong vendor partnerships.
· Stay up to date with local happenings and establishments to always provide the best recommendations; have a thorough and extensive knowledge of the area.
· Predict residents’ needs and find creative customer-focused solutions in a timely manner.
· Demonstrate full and comprehensive knowledge of the building including all departments, services, amenities, and functions.
· Walk the property daily to ensure ideal appearance and functionality of all areas; report maintenance and facility concerns to appropriate departments.
· Lead quality assurance throughout the property, ensuring alignment with brand standards as it pertains to all digital content, temporary and permanent signage, f&b displays, event set-up, model unit presentation, amenity accessories, cleanliness of all areas, etc.
· Manage marketing collateral production via Basecamp and upload final event fliers to app and screens and send eblast via CRM.
· Attend leasing meeting and operations calls and update ILS concessions via CRM, as needed.
· Reach out to local vendors and brands to secure new Perks and listing those in the mobile app.
· Compose and gather resident newsletter content and propose social media content.
· Manage inventory of all branded items and marketing collateral.
· Assist with photo/video shoots, including property and event photography.
· Monitor online reputation and reviews and ensure management is aware of any issues; propose responses and solutions for mentioned issues; facilitate positive reviews.
· Comply with uniform and appearance expectations and standards.
· Act as a brand ambassador to residents and as a service role model to teammates and encourage others to do the same.
· Remain proactive in all areas of operation, seeking ways to improve resident experience.
· Assist in coordinating and implementing special projects as directed.
· Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent sales, organizational, and event planning strongly preferred.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as to function effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
· Ability to work well under pressure, exercise good judgment when making decisions and handle stressful situations in a mature and professional manner.
· Hospitality-focused approach to service.
· Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

· Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

· Knowledge of real estate property management applications (Yardi CRM/RentCafe) preferred.
· Familiarity with Basecamp preferred.
· Experience in residential apartment management and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations preferred.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree and two (2) years of related training or experience in hospitality/real estate/event planning/customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Excellent verbal and written English language skills. Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence, memos, and reports. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems solving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
