Summary
Poosh, LLC. is looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting all aspects of advertiser programs including digital media, branded content (editorial and social), experiential, and PR mailers. The Account Manager will work closely together with the Marketing and Editorial teams to drive new business and facilitate pre-and post-sale campaign management.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, an effective communicator, and has a passion for digital advertising, innovative brand partnerships, and wellness content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Brand Partnerships team to build deep client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service to Poosh’s advertisers and agency partners
- Responsible for the RFP response and media planning strategy
- With input from Brand Partnership leads and Marketing, build proposals and media plans that ensure alignment with client expectations and overall objectives
- Act as the client’s primary point of contact for campaign execution, fielding requests and questions and interacting directly with clients throughout the sales and campaign lifecycle
- Lead and execute campaign launches from start to finish, ensuring all assets are obtained in a timely manner to support successful campaign execution
- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure campaigns deliver desired outcomes
- Participate in client meetings to deepen relationships via high value client engagement, including campaign prep & launch, optimization recommendations, campaign reporting, and wrap ups
- Pull and analyze reports from Google Ad Manager, Dash Hudson, and Attentive for campaign performance tracking and insights
- Monitor campaign pacing, delivery and performance reporting and optimize media plans to meet client objectives
- Own post-campaign analysis, diving deep into performance data with key takeaways and recommendations to drive repeat business
- Develop integrated sponsorship packages across health & wellness, travel, entertainment and holidays for go-to-market materials
- Create brand contracts and invoices, working closely with internal teams to ensure invoices are accurate and delivered on time
- Lead trafficking creative UTM parameters for weekly newsletter send-outs to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in digital media, planning and/or buying
- Expertise in digital advertising and media sales including campaign optimization, analytical problem solving, and platform knowledge
- Ability to translate client requests and make recommendations that meet business objectives and desired outcomes
- Highly organized and ability to prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
- Thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of influencer landscape
- Skilled in Canva/ Keynote/PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Attentive, Asana, NetSuite and Google Ad Manager preferred
- Branded content (editorial/video/social) experience preferred
- Team player with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
