ABOUT YOU
Advertising, events, and lead gen are in your blood. You are passionate about connecting with prospects, partners, and sales teams, and are motivated by crushing goals. You are creative, detail-oriented, and very organized. Highly adaptable with a wealth of ideas, and KPIs are at the heart of your tactical approach. Ideally, you like to laugh and bring an uplifting energy to the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
What you’ll be doing:
Strategy
Meet with sellers quarterly to keep on top of industry trends, needs, and feedback
Conduct bi-weekly calls with sales leadership to go through important projects and updates
Build a demand gen strategy and tactical plan that aligns to key objectives for North America
Events
Scout and manage conference opportunities and in-agency activations
Work with subject matter experts to craft presentations
Work with vendors to coordinate event giveaways, activities, and experiences
Conduct post-event debrief meetings with the sales team to evaluate the impact and success
Collect and report on key KPIs
Paid
Scout, evaluate and manage vendor relationships
Develop an advertising strategy for key projects and content
Help develop an evergreen campaign approach and creative concepts
Build a comprehensive ABM plan based on target account goals
Partner Marketing
Organic Channels
Work with the marketing coordinator/freelancer to send a monthly newsletter and occasional dedicated emails
Build and launch engagement journeys for leads generated
Oversee posting on social channels
Associations
REQUIREMENTSWhat you need to be successful:
Minimum 3 years of experience in an event, digital marketing, integrated marketing, or demand gen role
An understanding of the sales funnel process and how it relates to marketing
Solid understanding of the media industry landscape (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Strong organizational skills—the ability to project manage effectively, prioritize, and deliver tasks on time
Desire to do marketing differently, building and maintaining a brand that stands out
Demonstrable planning and reporting skills
Experience with tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, and Airtable
Experience with ad management tools (LinkedIn, Adwords, etc.)
Experience with account-based marketing a plus
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office / Google Suite
Enjoy working in an exciting, busy and dynamic environment
COMPENSATION
The annual compensation range for the Marketing Manager role in NYC is $83,000 -$93,000 + bonus
Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
