Our mission is to empower 1 million admins worldwide, and we’re looking for the first full-time EA to join our small team.
Role
This role is 80% a Community/Social Media Manager role and 20% a traditional EA role.
80% your responsibilities will include:
- Actively engaging with our subscribers, users, and the greater admin community
- Posting and engaging on LinkedIn
- Organizing and attending fun events for admins
- Leading ideation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns
- Sitting in product meetings and advise on features to develop
The other 20% will be:
- Email management
- Internal operations and admin tasks
You may be a good fit if you:

- $110K-$160K total comp
- Travel once a month
- Hybrid role (3 days/week in-person in Manhattan)
