Role Description
This role is for a Social Media Research Lead at Playbook (or one of our portfolio companies). The role involves conducting deep research on our influencers (customers), their business, and their social media in order to organize and draft compelling social media content.
You will essentially become both an expert on our software platform, what is offered and how our influencers grow on social media to drive our social media strategy.
*Most specifically, you will be working with the team to:
You will own our research initiatives, organizing the team around what we'll research, timelines, and delivery
You will have a strong pulse on our creators, what they offer, how they market, etc.
Research topics around social media, content creation, and marketing
You will aggregate research into presentations and scripts for our social media, emails and beyond
You will coordinate closely with our designers and team to finish content and distribute it to end users
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Analytical Skills
Proficient in Writing and Research
Experience in Content Strategy
Ability to work independently and remotely
Knowledge of the fitness, wellness, or sports industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field
