- Invoicing & Payment Processing: Prepare invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Expense Management: Submit timely and accurate expense reports.
- Client Care: Act as a friendly and dependable point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service.
- Event Assistance: Provide support in light event planning tasks, coordinating logistics and details.
- Email Management: Organize and respond to email communications, maintaining efficient inbox management.
- Document Creation & Maintenance: Draft and organize procedural documents to ensure consistent operations.
- Newsletter Management: Craft and distribute newsletters as part of client outreach strategies.
Required Skills
- Organizational Mastery: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and oversee multiple responsibilities.

Qualifications
