Digital | Graphic Designer
A Digital | Graphic Designer must understand strategy, audience, and objectives for social media, digital, and physical design projects. They must provide innovative design solutions with minimal direction and collaborate effectively across various team members and management levels.
Position Summary
Under the guidance of the Director of Marketing, the Digital | Graphic Designer will:
- Plan, analyze, and create visual solutions for internal and external communication materials.
- Effectively communicate the company’s services- tenant rep, project leasing, national advisory, investment, acquisition, disposition, merchant banking, project management, and construction management- through effective digital and visual mediums.
- Drive the ongoing evolution of the TRC brand, ensuring consistency and sophistication in design.
- Create corporate collateral and electronic templates for announcements, project fliers, presentations, invitations, and other materials.
- Develop high-quality, visually engaging business decks, incorporating the latest tools & technology, and HTML features when appropriate.
- Design and Produce the TRC Spring and Fall newsletter based on provided content.
- Manage TRC’s social media channels: schedule and approve posts, write captions, monitor performance, and implement social media audits to ensure best practices.
- Stay current on marketing, technology, and advertising trends while monitoring peer company activities.
- Design and execute email and social media campaigns, including content creation, email list management, and performance evaluation.
- Analyze digital data to inform website optimization strategies.
- Support special projects requiring graphic design expertise as assigned by management.

Education | Experience | Skills
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a full-time digital and graphic designer in a professional environment.
- Bachelor's degree in digital/graphic design or equivalent experience and certifications.
- Advanced technical skills in digital marketing and design.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in design software and tools, including animation and layout creation.
- Strong understanding of electronic marketing collateral design and implementation.
- Creativity with the ability to communicate visually, verbally, and in writing.
- Eye for detail, style, and trends, with a business-oriented approach to design.
- Expertise in graphic design principles, studio art, printing techniques, and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Keynote, and web design tools.
- Ability to develop processes that enhance productivity and efficiency for internal clients [brokers and executives].
- Demonstrates organized and thorough communication skills, effectively collaborating within departmental processes through consistent and efficient use of tools like Google Docs.
