Location: Dallas, TX
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills. This role is critical to optimizing the executive’s time, ensuring seamless operations, and serving as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison across the organization. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf, and be familiar with a basic P&L report. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare internal and external communications, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including agendas, venues, and follow-up actions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Assist with personal administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years proven experience as an executive assistant, supporting senior leadership at the executive level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiar with P&L reports
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing needs.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
