Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 (starting) + Bonuses
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Director to develop and lead our marketing strategy. This role will be critical in expanding our brand’s reach, increasing engagement across multiple channels, and connecting with new and existing clients. The ideal candidate has a proven background in digital marketing, a knack for creative strategy, and an enthusiasm for community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Expansion: Identify, evaluate, and launch new marketing channels to broaden our reach and drive client growth.
- Client Communication: Develop and manage a weekly email newsletter to keep clients informed, engaged, and connected to our services.
- Website Growth: Enhance website presence and performance through SEO, content marketing, and a user-focused approach to boost organic traffic and lead generation.
- Community Engagement: Actively participate in local community initiatives, strengthening our brand’s local presence and building trust.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies that build our follower base, increase engagement, and amplify brand visibility.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Proven history of growing social media followers and engagement, with a record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing software, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics platforms. Strong expertise in SEO, CMS, and web analytics.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster strong client relationships and community connections.
- Organizational Skills: Strong project management abilities to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple marketing initiatives.
Work Schedule:
This role is primarily based in-office (80%) with remote work flexibility (20%).
