Acuren is hiring for a Marketing Coordinator to support our operations at ADV Integrity located in Magnolia, TX.
This position provides creative marketing and communications solutions to enhance and promote the image and brand of the organization with the broader industrial community. Working closely with the broader Commercial team, the role develops brand content and imaging, suggests methods of message delivery, and coordinates the organization’s online and social media presence.
Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Manage LinkedIn content, develop engaging posts, and track performance metrics.
Photography & Videography:
Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media, campaigns, and internal use.
Graphic Design:
Design digital and print materials such as flyers, brochures, and event signage while ensuring brand consistency.
Contribute to the annual magazine newsletter and business development efforts through marketing collateral.
Marketing Strategy Development:
Assist leadership in creating and executing marketing strategies to promote engineering services.
Event & Conference Support:
Help plan and execute company-sponsored events.
Other work duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Experience in photography, videography, and editing (Lightroom; Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a technical or engineering setting.
- B2B marketing experience and knowledge of SEO best practices.
