What You’ll Do:

Calendar scheduling of multiple leaders
Travel arrangements / Coordinating events and meetings
Expense reporting / Finance Support
Recording/reporting meeting minutes and attendance
Assist/prepare presentation materials and agendas
Project management support
Monitor performance and tracking progress on action items
Communications, announcements, newsletter management – copy writing and copy editing
Identify and recommend best practices
Support new hire onboarding

What You Will Bring:

5 -6 years advanced administrative support experience working with senior level executives within and outside the company, customers, visitors, and other dignitaries
Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent experience
Highest level of administrative support experience, arithmetic skills, the ability to use automated office equipment, follow difficult instructions, and maintain written records.
Action oriented: Strong multi-tasking, analytical thinking and organizational skills in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to handle information is that is generally of a critical or confidential nature.
Demonstrated project management experience
Experience with travel industry. Understanding airline, hotel and rental car policies, etc.
High level of comfort with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word
Ability to work independently and in a different location than team

$31.43 - $52.38
