We have aggressive growth plans for Talion in the UK, America’s, and EU over the next 3 years. We will be growing our sales and marketing teams to accelerate our revenue growth.
The role
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to support the execution of our marketing strategy aimed at generating a robust pipeline for Talion and oversee internal communications within our communication. This role will execute the marketing operation to integrate four key pillars: Digital, Outbound, Regional Events, and Partner/Customer Engagement of our marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate will also possess a strong understanding of SEO and Google algorithms that resulting in effective pipeline generation, have experience in building marketing campaigns, and demonstrate the ability to collaborate closely with sales teams and partners to maximize our visibility and growth of the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance Talion's online presence.
- Optimize website content and structure for SEO, ensuring high rankings in Google search results with minimal investment in paid ads.
- Utilize Google Analytics to monitor and analyze website performance and user behavior.
Outbound Marketing
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target audiences and create tailored outbound marketing campaigns.
- Measure the effectiveness of outbound initiatives in generating leads and pipeline growth.
Regional Events
- Identify and recommend key regional events for the sales team to attend.
- Develop marketing campaigns to promote attendance and engagement at these events.
- Analyze event ROI and pipeline growth stemming from participation.
Partner Engagement
- Work with partners to develop co-branded marketing events and campaigns.
- Drive attendance to these events and leverage partners’ online presence to improve Talion's SEO rankings.
Customer Communication
- Create and implement marketing campaigns to keep customers informed about Talion advancements.
- Develop programs to incentivize customers to act as references and advocate for Talion, driving additional pipeline opportunities.
Internal Company communications
- Create and manage a monthly internal newsletter that highlights new customer wins, technical achievements, and other key updates.
- Write and curate engaging content for the newsletter, including internal interviews with team members, health tips, and updates on employee events (e.g., holiday parties).
- Develop communication strategies to promote employee events and encourage participation.
- Gather feedback from employees on the internal newsletter and communications initiatives to continuously improve engagement.
- Monitor engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of communications and make data-driven adjustments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, and marketing campaign management.
- Strong understanding of Google algorithms and best practices for organic search optimization.
- 3 years Proficiency in marketing tools including HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Office 365, and Cognism.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Cyber Risk Management services vertical.
- Familiarity with regional event marketing and co-branded initiatives.
- A track record of successfully generating leads and pipeline through integrated marketing strategies.
