This multifaceted position is fit for a candidate with an extensive Sales & Marketing background within the luxury sector covering a global business. The ideal candidate will have a passion in the fragrance and cosmetic industry and a keen understanding of sales strategies, and a creative flair for digital marketing. Key Responsibilities Sales: Main point of contact for distributors and retailers both national and international Track and create all sales and inventory reports using Excel for upper management. Process all sales orders and invoices for retailer EDI, dropships, and international sales. Proactively engage clients for orders and payment processing. Coordinate logistics to fill customer orders, schedule both domestic and international freight transactions, and track shipments Create commercial invoices and transportation documents. Maintain accurate inventory, transfers, and adjustments. Maintain accurate pricing, discounts, and terms in the system and pricelists for international distributors. Evaluates and advises sales team about current market trends. Coordinate all setup and logistics for regional shows as well as attend trade shows Provide product training to retailers and update information for new product releases. Conduct occasional travel as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Marketing: Oversee and deliver ROI reports for digital ad avenues (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads). Deliver content via Instagram, X (Formerly Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, etc. Write effective creative briefs, product, and campaign decks, press releases, media relations content, corporate newsletter, social media content. Create and execute monthly content calendars for social media ads. Maintain reports on follower growth, content performance, and social media insights. Develop content materials for digital ad avenues, including copy and imagery direction. Identify and capture new audiences through partnerships and targeted content. Manage influencer campaigns and outreach. Develop brand voice on social platforms and create best practices. Nurture social media community through continuous dialogue and engagement. Curate user-generated content and manage online reviews. Market products by assisting in developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns. Oversees all marketing materials by collaborating with design team. Maintain company LinkedIn page. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of account management & marketing experience. Proven experience in sales and marketing within luxury goods industry, preferably in fragrance or beauty. Bachelor’s, or master’s degree in marketing or a business-related field. Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, X (Formerly Twitter), TikTok, and Google Analytics Self-motivated, customer-focused, and experienced in marketing research and statistical analysis. Demonstrable experience digital marketing, Klayvio, and social media campaigns. Highly creative with a strategic approach to digital campaigns. Familiarity with websites and marketing analytics tools. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in influencer and social media talent engagement Experience with Monday.com Good attitude, team player, and ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
