As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will support the development and execution of marketing programs and activities across an entire suite of companies. In this role, you’ll support campaign planning and execution, brand management, event marketing, email marketing, social media, and more. You will play a key role in identifying key consumer insights, creating new product/promotional ideas, leading teams in the development of multiple product and/or promotional opportunities, formulating strategic marketing plans, and launching new products into the marketplace to drive top-line and bottom-line sales growth. You will work cross-functionally with associates across the company and will have immediate responsibility and accountability.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Market research:
- Understand and research the company’s audiences and objectives to help identify new ways to target and acquire clients.
- Support the management of all CRM activities related to sales and client contact management.
- Assist with running weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Work with sales team members to stay up to date on local market conditions, happenings in the CRE space, and consumer behavior.
- Oversee National Event Calendars for Sales Directors and other client-facing personnel.
- Screen new prospective clients and book follow-up appointments for Sales Directors.
- Coordinate event planning, promotion, execution, and management. Attend conferences and networking events as necessary in a supporting role.
- Analyze market research, industry trends, and the competitive marketplace to identify breakthrough brand and service opportunities and make recommendations to senior leadership.
- Formulate marketing plans to effectively and efficiently engage our consumer target.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media & public relations.
- Support internal branding needs including production of Statement of Qualifications, miscellaneous collateral, and the company newsletter.
- Provide internal training on social media platforms.

Experience & Credentials:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Marketing role.
- BA Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
The pay range for this California position is $31.25- $ 36.06 per hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
