Internship Program
Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. - Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.
- Location: This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
- Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25 per hour.
Position Overview
The Early Careers Talent Acquisition intern will be immersed into Early Careers and Global Talent Acquisition at Tiffany & Co. during the Summer 2024 Internship. You will learn from Human Resource leaders, Recruiters, Coordinators, business leaders and cross-functional partners as you participate in various projects throughout your internship. This position is a hybrid role that is based out of our New York City office. The intern will focus efforts in four main areas:
- Enhancing the Early Careers Marketing Strategy globally
- Working with GTA and/or Internal Communications for all Summer 2024 Internship events or communications
- Providing strategic insight to the development of Tiffany’s university relations
- Learning budget and program management by supporting a key Tiffany Early Careers global population: the French V.I.E. program
Key Accountabilities
- Early Careers Marketing Strategy
- Gain an understanding of Global Talent Acquisition and Early Careers strategies to ensure an efficient, inclusive, and positive candidate, recruiter and hiring manager experience.
- Assess Early Careers populations [Interns, VIEs, SKEMA Interns, Bench Jeweler Apprentices, Career Discovery] and explore opportunities to positively affect the communications and program management of these groups.
- Work with Global Talent Acquisition team to enhance recruitment marketing and employer branding, including creating recruitment presentation decks, marketing briefs, identifying opportunities for talent and brand connections, creating reusable communications for attraction, onboarding, and management of Early Careers populations globally.
- Support decision making of recruiting collateral and on-campus recruitment strategy.
- Internal Communications for Summer 2025 Internship & Events
- In coordination with Internal Communications team, co-own the weekly communications for the US Summer 2025 Internship cohort. Manage the newsletter for interns to access, providing clear information and access to necessary items over the 10 week internship.
- Manage all LinkedIn coordination with Tiffany’s Marketing teams.
- Ideate on continuous engagement and ways to connect the entire cohort, spanning 4 different states and 9 different office locations. This will include execution on planned intern events and programming.
- Prepare for and execute Summer 2025 Internship events. Some of these events will be hosted for the internship class that this candidate a part of, but will still require executing the events, as well as pre and post event work.
- University Relations
- Analyze past recruitment metrics to assist in the development of a 2025 university relations plan for Tiffany & Co’s recruitment.
- Early Career Program Management & Budget
- Support and ideate on programming for Tiffany’s global VIE program from recruitment and onboarding through evaluations and departures.
- Support the team on budget management for the VIE program, working with teams across regions and the Global Talent team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous HR or Talent Acquisition experience via courses, internships, or other work.
- Rising Senior or recent graduate
