Our innovative platform fosters meaningful interactions and creates a sense of belonging among like-minded entrepreneurs and startup founders. To help us achieve this vision, we are seeking a motivated Content Intern to support our content creation efforts and engage with our community.
Responsibilities:
- Play an active role in course creation for our virtual, e-learning platform. This includes:
- Attend and take notes during virtual meetings with high-caliber individuals discussing their potential as future course instructors.
- Create draft course scripts based on interviews and researched information about the experts’ backgrounds and best-in-class practices.
- Work with experts to actively refine scripts and engagement content
- Work with production team to support efforts to film courses and shoulder content
- Contribute to a twice-weekly startup industry-focused newsletter, generating engaging content that resonates with our global audience
- Engage with active communities across popular social media platforms, including Discord and Slack, to foster discussions and share insights.
- Provide feedback and insights regarding leading experts and their potential contributions to critical issues facing entrepreneurs and founders.
- Assist in monitoring community feedback and content performance to inform future content strategies.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in content creation, digital marketing, and community engagement, with a desire to learn and grow in these areas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and creativity.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content management systems.
- Passion for StartHub’s mission and a genuine interest in making a positive impact on our users’ experiences.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A creative, growth mindset, with the confidence to try new things, learn from mistakes and rapidly build on quick successes
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving workspace.
Compensation:
This is a compensated internship, with remuneration based on a per-project basis. Further details will be divulged during the interview process.
