Job Description & Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce Marketing Manager
Reporting to: Head of Fashion & Lifestyle
Location: Miami
Nikki Beach Lifestyle & Fashion division is looking for an energetic, organized & self-motivated individual to serve as the E-commerce Marketing Manager. This person will be working closely with and directly reporting to the Head of Fashion & Lifestyle. They will be responsible for managing the e-commerce platform as well as planning and executing marketing campaigns and assisting the Lifestyle division with logistics or any tasks that are needed. We are looking for an individual who can work independently with a positive attitude, and who is motivated to grow as an individual while contributing positively to the success of our company.
Responsibilities:
● Oversee e-commerce platform: Manage day-to-day operations of the site, including product uploads, content creation, order processing, logistics, customer service, and troubleshooting.
● Enhance user experience to make it intuitive and engaging.
● Responsible for marketing content for e-commerce such as newsletters, blogs and digital
marketing.
● Work closely with the social media and PR team to create a clear media and marketing strategy that will drive tremendous follower and engagement growth, resulting in a substantial increase in sales and increase in customer base.
● Merchandising of Apparel, Swim, and Accessories on shop.nikkibeach.com including uploading
inventory and ensuring accurate descriptions, categorization, and enticing home page.
● Responsible for keeping track of all e-commerce orders and customer service.
● Create a content calendar for landing pages with new upcoming inventory, events, collabs etc.
● Stay on top of trending topics in the fashion, swim and lifestyle space.
● Research assist in influencer partnerships and events.
● Ensure sales targets are met.
● Plan internal shoots for social/reels/raw footage, if necessary.
● Plan photoshoots and source out photographers and models.
● Create mood boards for shoot, style the outfits.
● Develop and implement ecommerce strategy to improve website performance.
● Work with developers to improve website speed and efficiency.
● Report on performance
● Update the global team on any upcoming promotions in advance so the social team can help create content (sales and holidays).
● Proactively implement press worthy campaign, sales and update the global team on any upcoming promotions in advance so the PR team can send outreach to press.
● Work with the global team on a newsletter calendar that fits in with the larger global strategy and assist in drafting the content for the newsletters
● Assist in logistics for global boutiques and any other tasks relating to the division.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
● Marketing & Sales background
● Confidence developing and overseeing retail and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
● Ability to interpret e-commerce data and adjust strategies accordingly.
● Understanding trends and consumer behaviour in the fashion space.
● Ability to use creative thinking to constantly come up with new ideas that could be implemented to build brand awareness and exciting engagement.
● Innovating campaigns that resonate with fashion consumers.
● Knowledge of MS Office including Word, WordPress, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
● Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, able to quickly adapt to change and remain flexible
● Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
● Working knowledge of inventory management
● Retail/Fashion experience
● Understanding of target marketing through social platforms
