Position Overview:
Sana is seeking a talented, motivated and dynamic digital marketing expert to join our growing team as the Digital Marketer Manager. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, highly analytical, and possesses a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies across various channels.
You will be a key member of our growing team and crucial for the next level of growth as a company. You will be working closely with our CEO, CBO and COO. Meeting weekly in person and flexibility to work remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance customer engagement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and make data-backed recommendations to improve ROI.
- Perform a dedicated market research and competitive analysis for Sana Skin Studio and complete hands-on research to truly understand the “Sana guest” and their desires.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to continuously innovate and stay ahead in the digital and marketing landscape.
Zenoti Lead:
- Maximizing marketing capabilities of the platform.
- Manage smart marketing campaigns and create target segments to understand customer behavior. Update campaigns quarterly and provide reporting on ROI.
- Take Zenoti education courses to become an expert on the tools capabilities to increase sales and customer acquisition.
Email Marketing via Zenoti:
- Create email marketing strategy to target our goals of increased sales, brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop newsletter content calendar in synergy with Social Media Manager and CBO and lead project management with our designer to create collateral needed.
- Schedule on-going and one time newsletter campaigns on Zenoti.
- Work with Designer to revamp and build email flows and one-off emails to create a customer journey, drive product/member sales and improve member retention.
- Create post-service email featuring products used / include a promotion offer (eg, 10% off two products or more purchased within 48 hours).
- Develop detailed customer segmentation (by City/Region, Skin Type, Concerns, Age, Gender, Membership Type).
- Develop and manage tailored marketing campaigns (email, text) for specific customer.
- Analyze facial, product and add-on correlations to optimize marketing strategies.
Web Management
- Add new product listings to Shopify site with proper tagging, imagery etc.
- Work with the Retail Manager to ensure all products are added in real time.
- Continuously improve pages, tagging and functionality to optimize user experience.
- Update Shopify headers and codes to leverage seasonal marketing communication.
- Build Shopify email campaigns.
- Look into expanding Shopify offerings.
- Integrate Shopify email list to Zenoti list and increase email captures.
- Improve website SEO & help develop city pages.
- Lead website Audit and website redesign project with our developer.
Integrated Marketing:
- Promote brand partnerships, offerings and product launches across all channels (website, email, in-store, etc).
- Create SMS campaigns with quarterly strategy.
- Oversee a direct mail campaign targeting people who live near studios (ex. FTL)
- Create codes for marketing use and referrals.
- Understand paid advertising (IG Ads, Google Ads etc.) analytics and how we can increase ROI.
- Affiliate Marketing: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy with Share-A-Sale, ensuring integration with other marketing efforts.
- Referral Marketing: Establish and refine a referral marketing program, leveraging Zenoti tools or tools like ReferralCandy to enhance customer referrals.
- Create a Faire profile to sell our Sana products.
Organization:
- Build Out Monday.com for Sana internal team
- Internal MKT file organization and proper storage
- Create protocols for marketing processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience with Shopify and Klavio
- Experience with booking platforms like Zenoti
- Background in digital marketing roles, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Location: Miami, FL
Type: Full-Time, Hybrid flexibility, Tuesdays and Thursdays in Office (9:00am-5:00pm)
