True Job Title: Associate Communications Specialist
100% remote- Preference given to those in ET or CT zone
The associate communications specialist will work closely with the communications team to develop results-oriented communications campaigns. The position will be responsible for research and production of communications via Constant Contact and Microsoft Office Suite, including emails, bulletins, newsletters, employee engagement emails, infographics and more.
Must Have Skills:
- Proven experience with Constant Contact including template management and mailing lists
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially SharePoint
- Excellent writing and copyediting skills including organization, spelling and grammar
- Detail-oriented and able to work quickly on a wide variety of projects
- Project management for small projects including tracking of deliverables, managing editorial calendars and gathering information for communications
- Knowledge of AP Style
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills desirable
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Process job requests in Constant Contact
- Write newsletter articles for weekly and monthly newsletters
- Manage work requests in SharePoint

Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field or equivalent experience
