Silicon Valley Construction Services (SVCS) is a construction-estimating and project management firm serving clients in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2003.
Purpose of This Position:-
The purpose of this position is to drive tenant's towards our waiting list of business owners interested in renting an office suite on 1515 Aurora Drive San Leandro CA
Requirements:-
• Experience preparing marketing plan and presenting results showing effectiveness
• Large following on social media: facebook, Instagram, tiktok, etc.
• Experience preparing and sending newsletters
• Experience hosting online events
• If hired, must utilize Time Doctor' or similar screen-recoding technology
Responsibilities:-
• Work 4 hours per day 5 days per week (20 hours per week) anytime Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM San Francisco California time
• Daily:-
Maintain contact database of vendors, tenants, and grant-marking institutions
Post videos on facebook and all other social media
Update ads with latest vacancies
• Weekly:-
Send newsletter
Host webinar for tenants
Attend business networking webinars hosted by others
Update marketing plan and present statistics for effectiveness
Weekly Reports
1. Mondays - report showing new tenants added to waiting list and the marketing tactic used to obtain the new tenant
2. Tuesdays - Upcoming webinars: Present schedule with upcoming webinars hosted by Marketing Manager for next 8 weeks
3. Wednesdays - Detailed statistics on paid and unpaid ads online
4. Thursday - Detailed statistics on social media including number of posts, followers, and week-over-week of changes
5. Friday - Schedule of upcoming events hosted by others that Aurora Business Center team should attend
Marketing Manager for next 8 weeks
Compensation and Benefits:-
- $250 USD / month + $10 USD bonus for each tenant that requests to be added to the waiting list
- 1 week of one-on-one training
- Recognition on SVCS's website
