Marketing Specialist

La Terra Fina is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the on-time execution of creative campaigns, maintaining content accuracy on our websites, retailer websites, and social media pages. You will also play a key role in defining and building our Shopper Marketing programs.

Campaign Execution

• Focuses on the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, email, in-store)
• Partner with creative agency to coordinate the execution of creative concepts
• Works with creative agency to achieve on-time delivery of promotional materials
• Ensures assigned projects meet established timelines and are in alignment with the established creative plan
• Conducts periodic reviews of LTF & retailer websites and updates information and art as required
• Support the associate brand manager to drive the content planning on social, newsletter & influencer & PR program
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring that all materials reflect the company’s image
• Drive execution of recipe development and influencer partnerships
  
  

Retail & In-Store Marketing Support

• Coordinate with sales teams to develop and distribute promotional materials
• Assist in executing shopper marketing programs and ensuring product visibility in retail environments.
• Manage relationships with retail partners to support in-store marketing activities and events.
• Ensure retailer website are audited and updated regularly with enhanced content for digital shelf presence
• Maintain all documents with distribution and shopper marketing updates
  
  

Analysis and Competition Tracking

• Maintain and tracks metrics to analyze effectiveness of social media and influencer programs
• Partner with category management to maintain data to evaluate category, brand, competition, market performance
• Track the effectiveness of the in-store campaigns
  
  

Market Research

• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends
• Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to inform campaign strategies
  
  

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with the product development and sales teams to ensure marketing timelines align with overall business
• Coordinate with external agencies, including advertising, PR, Social and market research firms, to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns
  
  

Event Planning & Execution

• Support the planning and execution of industry trade shows, product launches, and consumer events
• Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and post-event analysis to measure success and inform future events
  
  

Serves As Liaison Between Marketing And Other Departments

• Acts as go-to person to provide information on various marketing activities
• Assists where needed for information on products or provide status updates on launches
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Frequently requires long period of sitting to perform the essential job duties
• Must be able to bend, stoop, pull and lift up to 10 lbs
• Close visual acuity to view a computer terminal, analyze reports, manage data and detail
  
  

Requirements:

Our company is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a BA in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years’ brand experience with a focus on campaign management, digital/social marketing, or related areas in CPG.

Requirements:

• BA in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is required
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ brand experience with a focus on campaign management, digital/social marketing, or related areas in CPG a plus
• Proven initiative and “self-starter” approach
• Excellent communication skills are required, both internally and externally
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Workable knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, IRI and other art/creative tools is preferred
