Role Overview:
We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. This full-time position offers a hybrid work environment, with a preference for candidates who can work remotely and on-site as needed, primarily based in the Denver Metro Area. The role combines the responsibilities of a content creator, copywriter, and digital marketing consultant, focusing on content creation, social media management, and data analysis to drive growth and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media channels and content marketing campaigns, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute compelling content marketing strategies that resonate with various audiences, effectively conveying the mission and impact of DOMOTO and our clients' brands.
- Create, curate, and edit high-quality content for various platforms, including social media posts, articles, emails, website content, and reports, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with DOMOTO's brand voice and the voices of our clients.
- Manage and grow social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, utilizing tracking pixels and other tools to measure and optimize performance for DOMOTO and its clients.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and Google Ads to enhance online visibility and engagement for DOMOTO and its clients.
- Provide strategic recommendations for content campaigns and social media management, leveraging industry best practices to benefit DOMOTO and its clients.
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and ROI metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights to continually improve outcomes for DOMOTO and its clients.
- Collaborate with DOMOTO's brand strategy, design, and sustainability consulting teams to develop and execute integrated marketing plans that drive results.
- Manage email newsletter lists and develop targeted email marketing campaigns to engage and grow DOMOTO's and our clients' audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and digital marketing technologies to continuously improve DOMOTO's capabilities and offerings.
- Recommend and allocate appropriate advertising budgets, creating custom target audiences to maximize campaign effectiveness for DOMOTO and its clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of all content and campaigns, maintaining strong client relationships and accountability within DOMOTO.
Qualifications:
- Extensive expertise (at least 5+ years) in digital media and social media marketing with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to develop engaging narratives across various platforms.
- Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Hubspot, SEMRush) and Google Ads.
- Experience with PPC, keyword list creation, and landing page optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading and editing.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Independent and self-motivated, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Passion for sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Experience in an agency or PR firm is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
