Role Description
This is a contract role for an Ecommerce & Social Manager at Burdlife Jewelry. The Ecommerce & Social Manager will be responsible for daily operations and management of our online store. Key tasks include overseeing website maintenance, optimizing the user experience, managing online inventory, coordinating sales and promotions, and analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities. This is a hybrid role, primarily based in the New York City Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some remote work. Social Media platforms and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage data for business growth
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Upload and Copy writing for new launches and update previous listings
- Ecommerce management for all platforms, Shopify, Facebook market place, Instagram, TikTok, google etc.
- Assist in periodic photoshoots. Keep track of media needed for e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in sales and e-commerce, preferably in the retail industry
- Email Marketing and newsletter design
- Managing and scheduling Social Media posts across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Google, LinkedIn, etc)
- Community engagement and updates
- Flyers for events and launches
- Managing influencer and PR out-reach.
- Scout and manage photoshoots. Edit reels and posts across all platforms.
- Scheduling and keeping up with email schedule and linking products.
- Proficiency in marketing strategies and digital marketing platforms
- Knowledge of website management and proficiency in e-commerce platforms
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with social media marketing and SEO strategies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required
